PUBLIC NOTICE At the request and call of the Authority Chair and in accordance with its By-laws, the Roanoke Valley Resource Authority will conduct a “Special Called Meeting” on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Masons Cove Elementary School Gymnasium, 3370 Bradshaw Road, Salem, Virginia 24153. NOTICE Roanoke County and Roanoke Valley Resource Authority are hosting an informational meeting regarding its construction plans associated with transitioning the RVRA’s rail corridor to a dedicated access road serving the Smith Gap Regional Landfill.
