INVITATION TO BID MULCH SERVICE FOR ROANOKE VALLEY RESOURCE AUTHORITY

The Roanoke Valley Resource Authority is accepting sealed bids for the sale and removal of mulch generated at the Tinker Creek Transfer Station in accordance with the Invitation to Bid.  

Interested parties may contact the Roanoke Valley Resource Authority at (540) 857-5050 to receive a copy of the bid package and related documents or may go online at www.rvra.net to download a copy of the bid package. Questions concerning the service agreement can be made to Jeremy Garrett, Director of Operations, Technical Services at .

Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m., local prevailing time, on Friday, June 9, 2023 at the Roanoke Valley Resource Authority, 1020 Hollins Road, N.E., Roanoke, Virginia 24012. At that time, bids will be opened and read aloud. As this is a sealed invitation to bid, NO FAXED or ELECTRONIC BIDS will be allowed or accepted.

The Roanoke Valley Resource Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to accept the bid that is considered in its best interest.
